Sold Feeler: MA AUdio HK4000D, 2 15" Mark I Brahmas

Just a feeler for now, but I am looking at the possibility of selling the system in the almighty DUBurban...

What I have for possible sale is an MA Audio HK4000D. Monster of an amplifier, if you don't know the specs, you really have no business buying one...

Also have 2 15" Adire Audio Brahmas, legendary Mark I's with the 4-spoke basket.

Everything is in very good condition. I didnt get a chance to do the charging system upgrades I had planned, so none of the equipment was pushed hard or abused. No burps or anything of that nature. Its still all installed, and has been sitting in the back of the burb, for a few months. If someone wants to make an offer either on the whole package or individual items, feel free to reply to this post with your offer.

Did you ever get your burban metered? Just curiuos what the brahmas can do? I would suggest separating. I tried selling my tahoe a few months ago with my brahmas, crown/jbl amp, jl amp, jl components, alpine cd, 2 extra optima batteries, 225 amp alternator, 15 farad capacitor, etc and I got so mny low ball offers. I know you will never get out of it what you have in it, but people offered 5500 when the truck alone booked at 6500.

Mark I, meaning first generation. The Mark I has a 4 spoke angular basket compared to a 8 spoke curved basket on the Mark IIs, there are minor mechanical differences between them. Age does not determine performance in this case, both Mark I and Mark II Brahmas perform extremely well. "Older" should not be a deterrent to you unless you are trying to match the basket style. These subs are both in pristine condition, and were never abused.

Well, it's been a long time since I've been on here. I am interested in the Brahmas. I am buying a new house in April and doing the basement up club style. I need a pair of 15's that I'm going to build into the wall. I have a MKI in my car now/still and love it just as the day I got it. Both subs are in excellent condition, I am looking for a bare minimum of $300 plus shipping per sub. I wont sell them for any less. If thats too much, I'll wait until I have a buyer who is willing to pay what I want for them. Its not like I am anxious to sell.
