As we speak, these items are en route to my house.

Its my first build so I didn't go balls out on equipment. I wanted to try moderate equipment so that I get a feel for sound, then when I upgrade or audition different speakers, ill have something to reference them to.

Im thinking of buying 3 Gallons of Second Skin Spectrum to do the trunk floor. It seems like liquid deadener would be the best for a trunk.

Overall though, what do you think of my setup?

Before I forget, can you recommend some starter crossover points for the comps and sub?

That Type R won't last long if ya got er at 1 ohm.

its the d2, gonna be wired parallel. Amp does 1300 @ 4 ohms. Gonna be real gentle with the gain

Chemmins just realised you live in Blackfalds. I worked on a cell tower there last year. It opposite the guy that has the canadian flag in his yard, which is itself opposite to highway 2

Haha, na it was a telus tower. It was off a gravel road, parallel to the east side of hwy2.

yeh we go back a ways, only thing he told me was not to sell them. lol. Ill get more effeicient amps in the future, these will have to suffice for now.
