What can brown do for you?

I'll stick to priority from the good old US postal service.

edit: I like UPS just fine but they are more expensive.

when i ship its almost always ups. the ups store down the street has ab unch of cool guys that i like to shoot the shits with when i go in each week to mail something. they always take care of me, especially with the last claim i did ( ups played soccer with a xxx motor i sent). besides shipping woofers and amps, ups is reliable to me....i wish TC didnt do fed ex //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif

actually, a lot of times with fedex i get my package a day or so earlier than the estimated date. hopefully its the same for you

I've never had a problem with UPS, FedEx, or DHL. This goes for shipping and receiving.

I guess I'm one of the lucky ones.

Fedex ground (Mon-Fri)

Fedex home (Tues-Sat)

Not sure on Fedex express.

I find that alot of the times Fedex home/ground is as fast as Fedex Express.

If your package does not arrive on the expected delivery date as shown when it was mailed off (if not delayed by natural causes like weather). The shipper could request for refund.

Yea, i hate FedEX. I would recommend DHL, but if not, UPS/USPS.

whats wrong with this picture eh???

i pay extra for 2nd day express delivery, it's picked up on teh 8th @ 1:30pm....hmmm expected delivery on December 12th...4 days later....minus a sunday in there...THATS STILL 3 DAYS, NOT 2. WTF is the point of paying extra fro express delivery if its gonan take a day more than intended.

so i call customer service and even the customer service lady wasnt quite sure what to make of it. i told her it was for a car show and needed to be there (yadda yadda yadda, BSing her) and the best they could do is write a request to the shipper peoples explaining it needs to be there by monday for a car show...but even then its only a request, and with the busy holiday season, who knows...... i'm tired of ****ign waiting, it took TC soudns 2 god **** months to get around to make me a top, which thilo even told me takes them ONE DAY....after haveign told me itll be mailed a week ago.....if i wasnt getting such a good deal on the top assembly im getting i would have made huge deal out of it, but he DID hook me up on the price after sending my old good voice coil back into him and thus saving me a bit of money. im more pissed at fedex for this shit

My package was in my town 5 hours after it shipped. it SAT there for 4 days...2 day air, my @ss.

I now have a DHL account and they come pick the stuff up!

I now have a DHL account and they come pick the stuff up!

That was DD's fault not UPS...

They were supposed to ship on tuesday, but didnt ship until Wed. Dropoff/pickup day doesnt count, so closed thursday (thanksgiving), 1st day on Friday, and 2nd day on Monday.

ups/fedex/usps all have flaws

but from my experience with ups is probably the worst... my most recent package that arrived 4days ago was complete bullshit

i see the ups guy from my window... so i wait and listen for a knock on the door.. instead i hear a thud from my patio window.. i find out the guy kind of tossed it onto my patio without even trying to deliever to my door

i was lucky it was my amp wiring kit and not something fragile

as for usps.. their tracking system is the slowest out of the three

i never know when my package is out for delievery because of that

when is the last time you heard of any postal service doing anything over the weekend unless you pay 200+ for shipping?
