Fedex insurace

Well last week I had bought a pair of comps off a member from a different site, on receiving them one of the mids' motors was locked up and didn't move so the seller opened a shipping claim with fedex

my question is

fedex picked up the package on Tuesday, is there anyway to view the status of the claim and what's going on with it? I do have a claim number butc ant find out how to view anything with it

fedex will usually take about 2 weeks for a claim to go through. This also depends if you provided pictures of the box before and after shipping. If you were to include pics they would hurry up the process more and determine if they were to fault or if it was poor packing.

It took me a month with ups, although mine was $1700

they normally don't cover anything unless they packaged it or if the sender packaged it very good, in most cases they will blame you and say it wasn't packaged well enough

Well they didn't ask me for any information or anything, I actually never had the chance since they said leave it out and well get it

This is the case right here, if kinkos didn't package it, 99/100 times you won't get your money back unless it was blatent and intent abuse by fed ex somewhere in the system.

I've been at fed ex for 4 years now, and I've seen alot of good people and businesses jipped by our insurance coverage. Thats why when I ship anything, I package it like a bear will maul it, and I have never had a single thing break in shipping.
