I ordered some otter box cases for my iPhone 6 plus. Paid $21 overnight shipping and now the items are in limbo because of fed-ex. Yet they refuse to reimburse their customers. I posted this on their Facebook. Waiting on reply:

Not happy with your service. I paid for overnight shipping and my item gets stuck in Tennessee. I keep getting the weather related excuse yet weather.com shows sunny and 59 degrees, Yet you cannot fly out with my package. And then I am told by your representative that I will NOT receive a refund for paying overnight shipping. How did the package get there, yet you cannot deliver it? I think everyone should ban together and sue. This is definitely FALSE advertising

I have called your customer service and was told 5 days after my package gets delivered I can call and ask for a refund. But probably will not get one. Thats YOUR customer service response. And this is considered acceptable? All I ask is for the service I paid for. Yet I have no idea when I will receive my package when I paid for overnight

Fuck Fed Ex. Please everyone go to their Facebook and spam the shit out of them

You guys are overlooking the point. They promise overnight shipping yet it takes 7 days to get your package if your lucky. Otter box refunded me because fed ex refused. Its the purpose. And since I went on their Facebook I have received several comments from people on my page that this is happening to them. Its not the money. I could care less about $21, its the false advertising and the lack of customer service.

And no this is not the first time I have had problems. Just the first time I have gotten fed up with fed ex

i had a friend overnight a five pound gummy bear for $23 and he ******* about not being able to afford AGM's, 0/1 welding cable, etc.

Oh definitely calling corporate tomorrow. Hell I have already been reimbursed by the company I bought from. Its just the purpose that they are still taking people's money and not following thru with a service and not willing to help the customer in any way shape or form. It would have been different had they offered some sort of solution but they just blatantly refused.

I look at it this way. If I paid Brian for a custom enclosure and he sent me a prefab. I would be pissed. Or if I ordered a Dominoes pizza and they delivered it the next day. Lol. I know rediculous comparisons. But they are basically stealing millions of customers money and not upholding their side of the deal. Now this does not include FedEx ground. They seem to not be affected. Only overnight and 2 day which goes thru FedEx Air
