Fed Ex is a joke

Well after waiting for a week i was supposed to recive my HDS310 today, well when i got home nothing was here so i thought maybe they held it since no one has been home all day but there was no note, i look online and it sayd it was delivered at 8:30 am so that mean it was sitting outside for probably a couple hours before someone drove by and stole it.

They shouldn't just leave stuff outside, just a couple days ago i seen on the local news about how many packages have been stolen around Tucson, hopefully they will be able to resolve this... All i know is they better buy me a new **** sub.

Has this ever happened to anyone?

I've had a package coming from bakers field CA. It was in Maryland, then shipped back to California sat for 3 days and back to Maryland lol.

Honestly its not their fault people stole it. Should have paid extra for signature service if you know you live in a bad part of town where your packages can be stolen. I don't worry about my packages but still have security cameras. USPS has delivered to the wrong house multiple times but I have good neighbors.

Thats the thing i dont live in a bad neighborhood right next to a park and an elementary school but still if no one is home they should leave a note and take back to the nearest fed ex location, and i didnt think they wouldve just left it outside or i wouldve paid the $5

I've paid for conformation. And they have still left it outside, in fact my sundown zv4 was one of them. That dont always work

When it comes down to it its on the driver i mean atleast hide it or something and leave a note to call office and find out where its at or something

You had tracking info and knew the delivery date. It says in your tracking info if it requires signature or if they are going to leave it.. The delivery guy did his job. After its delivered it's up to you.

If you know you're not gonna be home, you have to call FEDEX and ask them to hold it at the hub.

nope, his job is to drop it off and there. unless you leave a note to put on the side gate(which is what i do) or you required adult signature. he isnt at fault. you knew it was coming you shouldve made sure you recieved it. not taking their side or anything it does **** and i hope you get it resolved but he wasnt at any fault whatsoever. unless he knew what it was and kept that shit for himself lol

Yea thats true i guess im not mad at the driver (unless he did keep it lol was one of my thoughts when i seen online it was delivered) im just mad in general im out $149 atm

reading online it seems you got 3 scenarios.

1. hope sq insured your package. and youll get a replacement

2. driver placed it at the wrong door step and they will give it to you or return to fedex which will then contact you.
