I pretty much stopped selling online. I have no idea why people think that they have 45 days to break or return something. I sold a DD m3b. Kid did everything I told him not to do. Ran 4 gauge power, stock battery/alt. Mounted it on top of his box and there wasn't enough clearance. Gouged the **** out of it from rubbing against his 6x9's. Pretty sure he was running it at .5 on 4 alpine type r's. (D4). He was just "making sure it worked" amp is dead now and cosmetically fucked.

Of course I get the paypal notice he wants his money back.... luckily I saved all his texts. I can't see how paypal could side with him but we'll see.

I see it here too, idiots talking about running their **** half assed and if it blows paypal has their back.

What happened to sell it, package it right, they receive it, test it and deal is done?

That wouldn't be such a good idea.

I'd say def his fault aka user error. If paypal does side with him I'd be very surprised. Save all evidence from him texts, receipts, emails, etc etc. you got proof to back your claim up and it's entirely his fault, not yours. Im gettin off track here...

But....Paypal changed their rules not too long ago to protect buyers more. I keep reading and reading how everyone is fed up with paypal recently they dropped kicked them.

It's a convoluted situation. Not going to post screen shots just yet. This was a friend of a friend transaction. So posting the images could rile up some people I choose not to. I'm not 100% sure he's not on here. It's a colleague's son's roomate not to go any further.
