i dont think it should since it is almost impossible to inforce that rule.

so anybody that had it but didnt want another mod to bump them into a higher class would not admit to having it.

and it is basically like penalizing someone for using sound deadener.

when in reality it should be encouraged.

but it is up to you...

mag is all hooked up in the horn, its wicked loud, but i must say it sounds terrible on rock unless i use the epicenter.
