Charley's Steakhouse (Orlando, FL) for steak (32 oz. porterhouse, usually)

Pearl's Crabtown (OKC) Cajun Crab Boil - small red potatoes, half-ears of corn, large shrimp, crab legs and andouille sausage, boiled in hot Cajun spices and dumped right on your table on butcher paper. For Italian it's definitely the veal Parmesan at Pete's Place in McAlester, OK. I've had alot of veal in alot of places, but nothing touches it. Closest I've found was at a little hole in the wall place called La Trattoria in the Maho area of Sint Maarten, Netherlands Antilles. I'm sure there are tons of places in the country that would rival either of these, but my experience hasn't turned any up yet... gotta keep looking! //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif

Also, Mulate's in Breaux Bridge, LA is my favorite for overall Cajun food and atmosphere, with live music and great red beans & rice. They also make their own beer, which is also great!
Charley's is delicious! Go there like 6-10 times a year with my family... really good.

Just had some spicy pasta from Bonefish a couple nights ago it was damn good... surprisingly spicy too.

 
Charley's at the PX on army posts. Their sammichez are way good.

Oh, and Cheeze fries & Ranch dressing at The Chicken at Northgate in College Station, TX after a night of drugs and booze always hits the spot.

Max and Erma's.

Some that would have no clue local to me, are

El Rodeo, best mexican food.........in Ohio, lol!

Sunshine buffet

Buena Vista

Sals, which is an italian eatery wich is pure awesomeness, not to mention 30 steps from my place, lawl!

 
lil spot called fienis by me. Lobster ravioli in a carrot cream sauce topped with crab meat. Its all hadmade by this little Italian lady who sounds like she's fresh off the boat.
I want to go here.
