I used to help around the shop of some guy who used to restore old corvettes for a living (he had over half a dozen in various stages of repair/decay). They are fast but also deathtraps; there is no bracing in the door panels at all. I never liked a 'vette after having to strip the paint off a handful of them in an Arizona summer...
