Looks pretty good my man. I see you scuffed the plastic. Next drill some small holes in the plastic panel to give the glass some teeth into the plastic. Well i tried something new, and so far it's working fine. I did a layer of 3M 5200 (marine adhesive) between the glass and the plastic, because i know they don't like to stick.

UPDATE: Guess it was the amp the whole time, not enough power for two 10” subs at 600w rms each. Bought the CT Sounds 2000w amp and voila, I now...
