but on my behave, everyone eles that was messing with me thought the title was more fitting for cawk....so at least my first thoughts was pussay and not cawk:D

 
to the OP, (to stay on topic lol), if you reduce your port area, you will reduce the length of the port... (of course that is if you keep the same tuning). So to answer your question, you need to reduce/enlarge the port area and length of the port in the same direction. A "fat and short" port will be a higher tuning that a "long and skinny" port.

If you want it FAT, it has to be LONG too

so lets say you have a 7 cu. ft box and want it tuned to 30Hz, and you have 4x 10" aero ports... would that work?
