Mike...you really think we make that much money and don't get audited EVERY year? We do...as long as i'm a dependant i don't have to claim or file ANYTHING. I've worked for my parents for 10 years also, labor laws also don't effect family members working with a family business. perhaps the irs will look into this and see it for what it is, you avoiding paying taxes. just because you are claimed as a dependant doesnt mean you dont have to file taxes or report your income. You obviously know little about taxes.

If you knew anything about family owned businesses...you'd know that family members aren't considered employees, don't recieve w2s and don't have any taxable individual income because it all goes through the business

well i'm sure The irs will look into your income when they get the paperwork. Since you make income form this site that is your income you should be claiming on your tax return every year as well.

and the item has had taxes paid on it...when its first purchased. You don't pay taxes on it again
