They use the same amount (weight in ounces, for example)... but use professional food photographer people. To set it up, arrange it for best angle and presentation...

So of course it looks different.

At Bob Evans... I do something similar...

Break up biscuits, pour on gravy, chop up my scrambled eggs and put on top, then put the home fries on top of that, and sprinkle cheese on top.

Wow, is that amazing.

actually most the pictures they use to advertise isnt even real food its just plastic models painted to look like it. we do it here at icecream factory i work at and thats not hard to even make icecream look different. but ya its all painted plastic, not real
