my Hk pulls it in. But the LED faced fans are made to blow out

well i put the one fan on it for now. blowing in, there is vent holes on both sides of the amp so i didn't drill any more. it works great! the amp barely gets warm now, before you couldn't even touch the heat sink.

computers run off DC power

the powersupply takes 120 acv and puts out 3.3, 5, and 12 volts dc to run the computer

Thanks for clearing that up! How can I differentiate if the fan if blowing in or out?
