Fan whine in speakers

I got rid of pretty much all the alternator whine. This car's (2000 Nissan Sentra) grounds are absolutely horrible.

Anyways: Amps grounded to battery. Stereo grounded to chassis. Wires run far away from each other, etc.

There really isn't any whine when the car is running or when I push the gas pedal. However, as soon as I turn the internal fan (not necessarily AC, just the fan in general) on, I get whine. The higher the fan, the louder the whine. Has anybody ever encountered this? I'm going to try to ground the fan tomorrow, and maybe see how the power wire is coming into the switch (make sure it's not the same power wire that's going to the head unit), but I'm looking for ideas. Has anybody dealt with this before and if so, how did you fix it?
