my allergies arent that bad. When I was kid it was that bad where my eyes pretty much seal shut. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/blackeye.gif.66a1670f5aaf7f406e783a63e3387dc5.gifAnd as far as mowing the yard... that just sucks.. if i drive by a park where they just mowed the grass my eyes swell up and nose starts running, no matter what i'm taking.
any allergist will tell you to never, ever do that. cut grass and flowering trees are the worst. everything else is more or less negligible with medication/clearing your sinuses.
imagine your sinuses like a swamp, and the more you drain them and take care of them the better your life can be //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/nerd.gif.c6fa51ddf7ff75f1c0371fbc648f70ae.gif//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif
these days the worst i get is a lot of sneezing and congestion. The respirator does help outside.
I used Nasonex that stuff is nice. I may try that sinus rinser you mentioned. Allegra D did work for me, i may go to the doctor and try to get a prescription.
