I know right now the mortgage industry is in the dumps. Alot of people out their put themselves into ARM's or Adjustable Rate Mortgages and are now stuck paying out the wazoo in intrest rates or are near forclosure. I spoken with alot of people in ATL, Pheonix, Orlando areas who are facing these hurdles. Well i wanted to let ya'll know that if you need any assistance in a refinance or purchase to give me a call.
