i heard up to 93 days in jail but ive also heard its only like a 250$ fine

Well if you gave a fake ID to a bar bouncer they can call the cops on you and you'll get a fine, but usually they'll just take your ID and tell you to get lost.

If you gave a cop a fake ID and said it was yours then you WILL get a fine and maybe some jailtime for false impersonation and lying to a law enforcement officer.

If you're a Mexican then I recommend to just wait until you're 21.

i was thinking just using it at small family owned local bar's and small mom and pop liquor stores and stuff like that. dont want to get risky with it ya know i just dont like having to ask people to go out of their way to get me booze.

At a liquor store or bar around here, they will just take it and tell you to get lost. You get caught by the cops with it, and it's punishable by 93days in jail and a $500 fine... You should be good if it looks remotely like you. Especially out in Howell, i'm sure they won't give a shit.
