Well the story is that, I was taking my dads car to get 2 new tires. And I was on my way back, I got into an accident. The car in front of me, was turning right and so was I. The light was red, and no cars were coming, so she was able to turn, (there wasn't a No Turn On Red sign) but for some reason she didnt. So I couldnt see her in front of me when she turned a little bit, because of this big *** bush. So I go and she is still waiting on the other side for some reason. Im sure this is my fault. But is our insurance going to have to pay for the damage to her car, or just ours?

If it's your fault then your insurance will have to pay to fix your car and hers...but actually they won't be paying for anything, in the end, it will be you that is made to pay //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/fyi.gif.9f1f679348da7204ce960cfc74bca8e0.gif

hello rate increase //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif
They already want to double the rate, because my brother hit the light pole at the end of our driveway, a little while back.

Never tell them it was your fault even if you know it was. Yes but if it is your fault your insurance will pay for damage depending on type of insurance and if you are on your dads insurance. If you aren't on your dads insur. you may have to pay out of pocket.

Im sure it was my fault considering I hit her. But I dont know why she didnt ****ing go, when she was in the clear.
