Factory speakers back to the HU

Ok I have a 2003 Crown Vic...rit now im trying to hook all of my factory speakers back up to the HU. My doors speakers were on an amp. My rear deck speakers were on another amp. Is it possible for 1 of you guys to walk me through on how to hook the speakers back up to the HU.

Did you run speaker wires into the doors or tap into the factory harnnes?
