How often does the tracking number say that it has been delivered and left at door and the item is not there when you get home?
Is this common or did somebody steal my item? I have already asked neighbors and checked with my complex office.

What should i do?

I have already called ups and they feed me some bs and also emailed the shipper

kinda early to blame UPS if someone else stole it from you porch? don't blame UPS b/c your neighbors are criminals.

i've had it say delievered and then 5-6 hours later.. one time at 10:30 p.m. a person drives up in a shitty car and just hands me it

i guess he didn't feel like doing it while he was at work :/ so he just brought it on his way home or something

They did that with me too and when i called, they attempted to deliver but no1 was home so i went and picked it up the next day.

check your bushes and or back door.

if it comes to it call UPS asking for the driver so you could contact him and ask him where the package was left.

if you dont like UPS then dont use them, tell the shipper you prefer using another company and if they refuse dont buy from them

i feel you on that one. I live in a really nice neighborhood too. Some jackass stole my 26 gallon air compressor from my porch. oddly enough me and the 5 surrounding houses use a white guy to cut our lawns and a few other houses use this black guy. nothing like this has ever happened and oddly enough one of my neighbors recently got a new lawn guy, he's mexican. needless to say my neighbor got wind of what happened and felt really bad, so they fired the guy. Later they found they missing things from there shed.
