The new maddens are retarted though, you throw a 40 yard pass for a touchdown bs everytime. Back in 05' you actually had to work to score.

its 30 frames per seconds, but honestly I could care less. Sports games are the type of games that dont make or break a system in my opinion. If GTA comes out an plays worse on PS3 i'd b more concerned.

But as far as what ppl have said, MGS is enough to warrant ps3 purchase, as much as RE4 (b4 it was ported) was to purchase a gamecube.

The PS3 right now is on the downside with some ports not running so hot, but thats because their ports. EA's selection of anything has generally been watered down on some system because of a lack of care in anything concerning quality. Most of the games built for the ps3 from the ground up are pretty good looking.

Honestly after seeing Killzone 2 in action on ps3 live, its only EA's fault its not running at 60 frames per second. We know ps3 can do it, but if EA is only willing to care so much, how is that sony's fault? Dont buy EA's shi*** game then. Get the other 2K sports edition that didnt have to buy the NFL's license to get games to sell.

and 2K sports games are made from the division that used to develope the dreamcast sport games, which in my opinion are some of the most fun sports games ever.

And from them releasing their original 2K football games on ps2 and xbox, u know their not trying to rip ur wallet off, because they released the game at a 20 dollar price tag. Now it matches madden's price but with rising developement costs its an unfortunate situation.

All I can say is that Madden took the low road all the way up until this year where they actually made the game presentable.

Ne one remember the footage they showed b4 360 came out, and it had blades of grass modeled, and all ended up being CGI they would never meet?

I remember my dissapointment in the first madden 360 game, looking like a high profile xbox game.

EA FTL. cannot stress that enough.

Dude. Seriously, go take some Ritalin. You're taking this wayyyyy too seriously. It's a freakin video game. Both systems are going to have their ups and downs...no way around that. Both seem to have bugs but for the most part I haven't seen one game for either system that has made me buy either new console. I'm still playing my PS2 and Gamecube.

At the moment PS3 isnt as good as 360, but giving it another year and Id expect the price to drop even further. That and the fact that the PS3 has more potential with further updates down the line. Either way I dont have time for video games at the moment so its not like im in any hurry to acquire a PS3.

Personally ive always loved the controls of PS from the start. The xbox im just not used to.

MetalGear 4 should be insane. Its literally like a movie you play though, the story lines are nothing short of incredible.

Really, though...Kojima has confirmed bajillions of times that it won't come out to the xbox. I must agree, though, that Madden is better on the 360, but by what appears to be the fault of the game designers, not the system. Besides, I like NCAA more.
