its 30 frames per seconds, but honestly I could care less. Sports games are the type of games that dont make or break a system in my opinion. If GTA comes out an plays worse on PS3 i'd b more concerned.
But as far as what ppl have said, MGS is enough to warrant ps3 purchase, as much as RE4 (b4 it was ported) was to purchase a gamecube.
The PS3 right now is on the downside with some ports not running so hot, but thats because their ports. EA's selection of anything has generally been watered down on some system because of a lack of care in anything concerning quality. Most of the games built for the ps3 from the ground up are pretty good looking.
Honestly after seeing Killzone 2 in action on ps3 live, its only EA's fault its not running at 60 frames per second. We know ps3 can do it, but if EA is only willing to care so much, how is that sony's fault? Dont buy EA's shi*** game then. Get the other 2K sports edition that didnt have to buy the NFL's license to get games to sell.
