I still don't see your point. Every civic with a fart can muffler would have underbody lights... whats your issue with that? How does that distract you from safely driving?

Just because you think its tacky doesnt mean it should be illegal.

Okay all the civics around here have strobe lights blinking from everywhere... That should be legal according to your logic.....

So when a older person who is driving along going the speed limit, looks away for a second to see and hear a godawful looking bumble bee resonating civic with lights shining and blinking distraction, when the vehicle in front of him has to do an emergency stop, he is thus distracted and at the mercy of his vehicles mass, which could undoubtably kill him in his car wreck.... Yeah overdramatic, but they are illegal for a reason....

(poor civics dont need to be involved either)

take them off....on most cars neons look gay period...least i think they do..especually if there on like a pos saturn or sumtin

Don't hate on the Saturns man. Feel free to hate on the riced up dealies though, no car, even a Saturn, deserves that kind of cruel and unusual treatment.

strobe lights WILL emulate an emegency vehicle. There really is no argument for that. You see flashing lights, you think emergency vehicle.

You see blue lights UNDER a car and yea.. emergency vehicle!!! or those snake eye things that go on your hood... emergency vehicle!!! I dont think so....

And if YOU get distracted thats your own dam fault... what if there is a hot girl bending over on a corner and you get distracted and run into someone @ the intersection.... maybe it should be illegal to have a nice ***?

what about spinners? they are distracting, if im driving and see a suv with spinners spnining while stopped at a stop sign im passing i tend to just stare at them. someone could easily stop in front and i rear end them. but yet spinners arnt illegal. lights dont really bother me any. i personally have red turnsignal bulbs in my mustang. i pass cops daily and nobody has said anything to me about them. some people may think they look 'gay' but i like them so oh well.
