5 1/4" 2 ways, copolymer woofer cone, butyl rubber surround, 3/4" soft dome tweeter, and sry they are 100rms per pair. They retail at $99 a pair. I had them hooked straight to my HU and they sounded amazing, really crisp and clean sounding.
