Got an Incriminator audio 40.1 for sale. just got it last week and had it hooked up to an LMS-5400. great amp and works flawlessly. looks great also.

reason for selling is I just picked up a Ford f-150, and there is no room for anything this size in there.

this amp is about what your looking for then. dont have any bench test results of my own but its been said to do in excess of 4500 watts.
