hifonics i believe is something in the fuse connection, im not sure about it an the rubion b/c those were just given to me from a friend. but the ega 300.2x just stays in protect mode, it was my amp.

You sould have bought that 6.1 xtant that was for sale on here.I fixed it for the guy who bought it and charged him $40.00 shipped back and it took 1 day to fix.That was a nice amp and i will keep my eyes open for one but, i allways come across them.I have a 302a,3300c,4180 and some other xtants.I sold a xtant x1001 mint 3 weeks ago and the post lost it and it was mint!:crying:I had to refund the money and i can just hope it shows up one day?....Maybe when those guy want some over time they will see if it is on some shelf at the post?Anyways buy this guys amps before i do and who wouldn't want a great soundstream or hifonics!

knowlege is power. I got a kicker zr360 given to me the other day and I am stoked on what is wrong with it. It goes green, then hits protection then blows all fuses as soon as it gets turned on. Nothing is burnt on the board, all the caps, transistors, diodes etc check out good, just a short somewhere. I know I spent about 1.5 hours messing with it and still don't have any better clue than when I first saw it. I thought was, if I can figure out how to fix this one, I should be able to figure out more, but I just dont have the knowlege of this kinda stuff. I was gonna buy all 3 of these and teach myself how to do it, but after this zr360, I just don't think I have the patience.
