Is there any damage to the sub, any cosmetic or mechanical issues?

no it play perfect i only had one damage one and it still played good just had noise in it. i work offshore and even though its 6 months old its only 3 months use so i am giving the sub away for 350 shipped cost me 40 are more to ship it
