Wow mistakes happen, and sometimes dealing with companys and 3rd parties, things get mixed up. RE is a growing company, and with the buyout, im sure lots of things are switching over and continue to grow. You should be happy they got your recone done in a day, even though it was wrong. Try to get a recone through DD, and you will consider your wrong sub from RE a gift compared to them.

I ran RE WAY back in the day. I loved the product, **** near bullet proof (both subs and amps) But im still not sure if the buyout is something that is good or bad for the company, but I do know that the way you are handeling the situation makes you look like an ignorant baby.

I hope david reads this and rubs his penis all over your sub before it goes out

It isnt hard to hire someone to answer calls, hell ED and SS, have no problems..

RE just wanted my $$$ because they got my credit card billing address right on the first try...

but ****ed up my shipping addy 3 times..

THis wasnt a mistake either, this was pure FUK UP.. big difference.. Matt more than took care of his end, RE just FUKED up Plain and simple and they need to pay for their fuk up not me..

and not lie to me about fuking up in the first place, cause i was gonna drive to houston and stab matt. ha ha ha

Keeping employee numbers down = cheaper product. Paying someone 20k+ a year to answer the phone will effect the bottom line, thus effecting prices to the consumer

but ya they got my credit card billing addy right but not my shipping..

on the Shipping first he had the wrong town, then the wrong street, then the wrong town again..

no asshat he said they got his credit card and billing address correct, not his shipping address. seriously, it's not hard to find people who speak half way decent.
