well a note of what had to be done would have helped, but something tells me Expy does not have the vocab or reading comprehension to formulate a proper sentence.

You don't need to stop the payment. I will issue a refund for the charges first thing Monday morning.

Your speaker will be shipped back to you on RE's shipping account. You don't have to pay return shipping at all.

Your sub will be sent back in the same condition we recieved it in.

I think making this thread was a little much. I had an SX motor that need a basket. I got a basket and cone for it from RE, but when they sent it back to me it wasnt aligned properly. I just called and they took care of me. Making this public was rediculous IMO.
