anyways, u guys suppose to get the RMA# from them and write it all over the package. that RMA # determines what needs to be done. also, you write or type a little paper inside the box, on what u want done and all that stuff. then wen they recieve it, you call them to ask em on if they recieved the sub.

I packed the sub and the very last thing i put in the box was a piece of paper with expy's contact info, so the first thing you would see is his info..i wrote the RA# they gave me 2x on every side of the box...not only that, but i had given them all the info over the phone..all the info, except what he wanted the sub rebuilt to..which i had told them, i didnt know.
