I've had some what the same problem from UPS. Except they attempted to deliver but I wasn't there. I scheduled to pick it up myself and when I get there they claim I already signed for it (FROM A DIFFERENT LOCATION (DC) which wasn't even in the state I was living in (MD). They wanted me to file a claim and I was like hell no. I want my money, my product or I'm calling the cops.

Long story short: The manager contacted the company I ordered from and UPS paid for a new product within 48 hours. Stupid company still mailed through UPS. I got it though.

I don't trust UPS at all.

is this that 2500d in his sig? darn if it is //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif I had ups lose a 2500d of mine once, what actually happened is they had an old ups label on it and that was the one that ended up getting tracked and used... I had to print off a copy online of some dealer for the amp to show that the value I put on it was legit. It took a while to get it straightened out, lets just say that... but it was straightened.

Not like it matters much to UPS but was it insured, atleast then it would have some legal backing otherwise they will just dick you around for ever

x2, I hope you put insurance on it. As UPS will ONLY cover up to the price of the sale, if you even get that out of them. IF you need proof of the sale price, print out the Paypal details sheet with the sale price and the buyer/reciever.
