how many of your freinds on weekends drink? how many drive? almost 90% of mine do every weekend night, thats the onlyh thing that goes on around here on weekends, if there was no drinkin there would be nothign around here,

i'm scarred to live in the same state as you and your friends.

P.S. illinois laws are strict, my friend got his liscense taken away and you should too.

i got a minor consumption last october and I ended up with

90 days informal probation (your parents are your probation officers)

60 day licenses suspension

50$ court fee

50$ fine

but since you were caught drinking and driving you are gonna get pounded in the *** lol. if they take your liscense away then f*** it you screwed up and you will learn your lesson. good thing you didn't get into an accident because if you would have killed someone you wouldnt have gotten off scott free like someone else said, you would have been charged with at least vehicular manslaughter & dwi.

A few months ago two kids decided to play chicken and they were both drunk. 2 guys, and a girl was riding with them. The girl wasnt drunk but what sucks is, she was the only one killed in the accident. The doctors said she hit her head so hard on the dash board that it killed her instantly. I knew this girl pretty well and we have had problems with these dudes before (rival high school). When the guy who hit the girl (and other guy) turns 18 he will be in jail for like 60+ years or so.

I can honestly say I drink and drive quite frequently. Only when I neead to get home from my friends house (which is 3 blocks from my house). I live in a small *** town of 1500 ppl. I know its not all that smart but hey, its only 3 blocks.

most accidents happen close to home.

word, i got minor in possession about 2 years ago in july. I was in myrtle beach visiting my friends

I got like a $160 court fee. But i got let off easy cuz i live in another state. All i had to do was pay the court fee and i wasnt allowed to drive in the state of south carolina for a year but i didnt leave in SC so it wasnt that big of a deal. But my parents sure were pissed off. My friends who did live in SC got screwed and had to do probation and all that stuff

sorry man, I do think yoru an idiot also. Imagine how bad things would be right now if you were in jail for accidentaly running someone over? It would have been better for you inthe future if you would have called your parents and got a ride home, now your record is FITA

dude its not like i had 20 i had like 4 or 5 i wasnt even drunk , he wouldnt even tell me what i blew i bet it was like .02 or less

The worst thing about drunk drivers is that usually when they get into an accident they kill other people but usually survive themselves. Karma is a ***** though, they'll pay the rest of their lives.

There seems to be an un-usuall amount of children posting about there so called problems with the law.

Normall people don't go raving on the internet about these problems. Complain to your parents, friends, dog... But not on the internet.

If you get cought you either A.) were not smart enough to get away with it. Or B.) should not have been doing it in the first place.

you exagerate that a little bit, you could be around beer for a few hours, not drink one and you could blow a .00001 my freinds had 12 of them in one hotel room boozing for a few hours, went thru like 9 cases the room itself had a alchohol level of .0024 the cop said , and does a breathlyzer even pick up past .0001
