i drive when i'm high almost everyday, but will never drive drunk. tried it once and found out the hard way.

i guess it all depends on the person. i drive better when i'm high because i'm more aware of whats going on. when i'm drunk, you dont even want to see me near a vehicle.

So....you have no problems drinking and driving, but won't walk home after drinking because it's against the law?? That makes no sense. If a cop stops you while you're walking home and you say you're drunk and don't want to drive, all he'll do is give you a ride home and say you made a good decision.

I don't see how you can say that you are a better driver when you are high. That is nonsense. I hate to drive under the influence of anything, but i can't say that i've never done it. I'm glad that i live in a small town now and can walk anywhere in the town in about 30 min.

And if you think the only thing to do in your town is drink...try going to school and the University of Idaho. The population is aroud 25,000 and there are about 10 bars...and none of them are going out of busines anytime soon.

Hopefully they do take his license away, for both his sake, and everybody else's. The problem is, if he does hit somebody, it most likely won't be him that dies.

If he doesn't kill the other people, then I believe he could still be charged with aggravated assault. Then hopefully he'll sit in prison and realize how stupid he was.
