F-1 Status...

Just curious...Has anybody on here heard, have or invested in Alpine's F-1 status gear. A guy at my local audio shop said it was amazing. Any thoughts?? I have no ideal.

"heard" they are top notch stuff by alpine. thier flagship line if you will. id imagine they're realllly nice, as well as reallly exspensive too...

The speakers are slightly tweaked Scanspeak Revs with a proprietary coating on the cones to help weather protect them. In short....they are extremely good sounding speakers...The SS Revs are extremely well regarded in home audio.

The HU/processor combo is supposed to be pretty spectacular.

Rev tweeters FTW! Anyway though, I'd give my left nut for an h900, honestly, I think I would... Anyway, hebrew hammer has heard them, he probably owned them/tried to sell them, at one point or another. Ask him if you'd like to know how they stack up vs other sets, he's listened to alot of high end models.

Not of the fan of the speakers. But I would like someone else said give my left nut for the processing power of the h900. F1 electronics are simply put the best.

WOW!! Looks like they left nothing to chance here. I guess amazing would be a understament here. Unfortunantly, you would need to take out a 2nd morgage to by somthing of that caliber. Thanks for the info.
