External slot port calculator?

Ok.

So right now I'm doing a build for a buddies blazer.

I told him I was using a external slot port then I'm going to flare the port.

He was curious and asked me how I tuned the box.

I went through and showed him how I calculated the port area by using the formula.

He asked me if there was any external port calculators.

As in, he wants to type in the port by height width and length.

All I kept getting was slot ports for internal slot ports.

Anyone know of a external slot port calculator?

modeling programs (like winisd pro) leaves it up to you to calculate net volume so it doesn't matter if the port is inside or outside the box. Having it outside just increases the net enclosure volume.

If you're using something that just asks for dimensions you may need to increase them porportionally to the volume of the external port.
