True I forgot about your amps 1" will prob be ok. I had to move my amps they were on back wall and box in front of them but got tired of taking the box out every time I needed to get to the amps, you know how often you gotta do that lol !

yeah that definitely *****. im still able to get to the amps pretty easy. i was able to set all my gains with the new box in, just pretty much sat on it. i just tried sitting on the box myself and it definitely works as a seat but im about 2-3 inches too tall my head hits the roof unless i lay back.

you don't have to. but the compliance will absolutely change and allow the sub to play better over time. if you've ever touched a hds3 they're stiff as all hell and i have no doubt they need time to soften up

That's not why they're messed up.

8 hours after reconing them, I started slamming on the one that's installed. No issues.

The other one was messed up in the first place
