my friend said that his 2 12" series 2 fosgates i think they are punches dominate my JL's he says they have 1200 watts power and are at least 50% louder then my JL's is this true?

its all install dependant. but P2's such balls IMO. i seriously doubt that you hit 155dB with those 2 subs sealed though. Id be amazed if my SPL subs hit that high ported

well the base is like messing my CD player up and making it skip!? its the second highest end of JVC and i do not understand why it is doing this so im buying a new CD player to fix the problem...

I got some infinity door speakers and that deck the sub and amp and box but i payed all thru the store not ebay or anything like that

I doubt it's your subs, what size of power wire did you run, did you do the Big 3

When I upgraded to a 1500W amp on my Subs, I also noticed skipping, but after I upgraded my power wires it went away....

It's funny how a restricted power flow can effect an electrical system

Ok the P2's can get extremely loud. 2 P2's hit 148.3 on the AC IIRC. So don't count them out. $2000 dollors on that install and equipment was way steap. Sorry to rain on your parade.
