As long as you're careful and follow what people have stated here to deal with craigslist, you can get great deals. I've never been burned on craigslist and have sold many things there as well. Personally, I would choose the community here to buy and sell used items. However, If I see a deal on craigslist, I'm going for it. I just snagged some JL Audio gear off the Craigslist Sunday for a ridiculously low price. Just gotta be selective, test everything, and most of all be safe.
