Experience w. speaker driver measurement tools?

I've only come across these two tools for measuring speaker drivers. I would like to know if any one of you have worked with either of them, or if you know of any other affordable measuring tools for the same purpose?

So what do you do before go put the drivers in the box, put them in unmeasured?
