Expect DHL quality to drop to UPS level

I was considering switching to DHL.
UPS just denied the only damage claim I've ever filed with them. So unless my rep calls me back and they pay it they can say goodbye to 100% of my business to UPS Small Package and UPS Truck Freight.

i've never had a sucessful claim with them their insurance is a pure scam to screw you out of more money...if you ever have a claim it will never go through just hours of run arounds on the phone ....in the end you'll be denied plain and simple...

I personally use fedex because its cheapest. But they all pretty much ****... fedex offers free saturday delevery, which is cool

I'm also pretty sure that a few years ago, DHL used ups to deliever for them when they didn't have coverage in that area, I think I had a box delieved by the man in brown that was shipped dhl

I still use UPS. I have had no issues that werent resolved. 2 of packages got lost, but the ups store cut me a check cut and clear, cool store here. I did notice why they get lost, they were shipped in a small package. So no matter what I always ship any thing in a fairly medium size package. Ask the guy I sold some tweeters to //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/laugh.gif.48439b2acf2cfca21620f01e7f77d1e4.gif it was a ridiculously big box for tickerz

I have come to the conclusion that if you ship something at one of those stores, you can get paid no matter what. I have had 4-5 shipping claims with the place i ship from and I have gotten paid on every one of them

yea dhl has been faster and safer for anything big or small ive sent out ever....cant say that for ups or fedex.......

ups took my that I bought, out of the shipping crate and put in a box with barely any packaging. changed the tracking number....oh and destroyed my xxx. BUT they are paying out to me. luckily they put it in a marked ups box which was a dead give away that they were at fault. still waiting for my money though. =(

It wouldn't be quite so bad if DHL packages were handled exclusively by DHL employees and UPS just "drives" them to their destination. I could live with that.
