im not sure about the engine, right now. but how much is a few extra hundred. i wouldnt mind get a system if the borla's are under 250.

Not gonna find a Borla for any car for $250, most likely... Much less a Bimmer. Just leave it stock, you're apparently not ready to make that plunge.

Some expensive shit. I'm pretty sure it's a 3 or 4 stage factory paint, and those are incredibly hard to match, no matter what the color.

Hey, did you know BMW designates the engine right in the name?

525 is a 5-series with a 2.5 liter engine

DONT PUT NO EXHAUST ON THAT SHIT until you swap to a M5 motor or at least 540

It will be loud, but not go anywhere when you gun it. If that's the effect you want, get a nice European exhaust.... Dinan...

Where did I come up with that? ANy BMW before 2006 is where.

I just reailzed that in 2006, they began straying away from accurate badging. As of 2006, you can get a 328 with a 3.0L in it.

Wow, thats pretty gay on the naming system. I was just about to say the same thing. My 328is was a ...you guessed it! A 2.8! Why the heck did they mess around with the naming convention...makes no sense!
