Excessive Amperage is absolutely screwing me right now

I feel that is justified when I PAY 80 FREAKING DOLLARS to have a 250 dollar alternator shipped next day air to me, and the guy can't shell out the $1.50 to insure the $#@$@ thing to prevent a situation like this from occuring. Who in their **** RIGHT MINDS does not pay the 1.50 or 2 dollars it costs to fully insure something in the mail when it is a moderately expensive item?

I got my alt installed about 3 months ago, and it has been holding up fine, charges fine and hasnt had a problem

nate has very good customer service, atleast all of the times that i have dealt with him. Sorry to hear about your bad experience, but i can assure you that by calling people names and bad mouthing a business is def. not a way to get your refund.

I would assure you that good customer service is given regardless of whether one "bad mouth(s)" or "calls people names." After all, either the alternators work or not. I'd improve quality control on my product first rather than worry about folks complaining.
