Excessive Amperage is absolutely screwing me right now

I bought an alternator from them, and 4 months after I have it the voltage regulator breaks. I have to drive back to school in a few days so I needed it next day shipped to me back. I wind up having to pay ALL shipping charges, and then I get the package today and the alternator is completely bent and ****ed up. It is packed horrible, and when I call up UPS they tell me this ****ing idiot did not even insure the package. So now I have to call him tommorow and ask him to just refund me my money for all this garbage he is putting me through and I will send him back his shitty *** broken for the second time alternator. Stay the hell away from this company.

Just exposing your experience might yield some results. Can't remember his name but the EA guy post here from time to time. He seems nice when he's on the forum but i keep hearing the same BS about his stuff. Sorry to hear that bro.

When i bought my Irragi alt from a group buy, it seemed like everybody liked the guy. Well of all the group, i ended up being the only one who waited 2.5 months to get mine + the guy was something else to deal with on the phone. Alt. is working fine tho.
