Excessive Amperage is absolutely screwing me right now

good luck on getting a refund. i've been trying for a refund since november

Did he actually agree to give you a refund and is just taking his sweet time or what? What I cannot get is how he couldn't spend the freaking 2 dollars to insure this thing. Why would anyone not insure a 250 dollar part in the mail? //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/rolleyes.gif.c1fef805e9d1464d377451cd5bc18bfb.gif That is what I am most pissed off about. Had he experienced a rational thought process during this ordeal, he would have paid the 1.50 or whatever to insure the product for UPS and then I would just get the money back and it would not come out of his pocket. But now he is gonna hear a shitstorm from me tom morning because of this incompetence. There is absolutely no excuse for not paying the insurance fee for something like this.

i repeatedly asked for a refund and he kinda ignored me, then after he shipped the alt he said well if i knew you wanted a refund i would've given it, but i fixed the alt and shipped it out.

anyways he seems to **** at shipping. he apparently wrote the wrong address or something on mine and that it why it is taking so long to get here

nate has very good customer service, atleast all of the times that i have dealt with him. Sorry to hear about your bad experience, but i can assure you that by calling people names and bad mouthing a business is def. not a way to get your refund.

Never had a problem on the phone with him or with my alt. it's been installed and working great for almost a year now.

A few of my teammates use his alts too, and when one of them had a problem, he was very willing to work with us.
