Kove in general is a pretty good brand. Their Armageddon subwoofers have always been pretty good.
But, never used the processor. Sounds like it does almost the same thing as the Waves Maxxbass, only it does it to the entire signal.
Basically, it adds harmonic distortion that tricks the ear and your brain into thinking the new signal "sounds" better.
For only $40 you can try it and see what you think. But, even if it sounds more pleasing, it's technically degrading the signal. Not something I'd personally want to use.
