saturday im in north carolina. try to buy some food. card declined, so i go back to my laptop and check my bank account, 750 dollars on hold through itunes(i dont use itunes for music) i haul *** home to florida, get into my bank yesterday. they pull my account up and tell me all the attempted fradulent activities were blocked and im good to go. about a hour ago i am at the store and try to spend 2 bucks. card blocked again. get on my laptop. 750 bucks cleared out through itunes(the same transactions that they said were blocked). so basically has this happened to anyone and how long until your bank got your money back?

i jus logged into my account and 600 bucks is on hold til the 26th. Im marching my *** into the bank tomorrow and withdrawing it all. **** this bullshit. Everyones shit is gettin hacked into right now. lol.

im not really pissed off someone took it because my bank covers fraud protection. its pissing me off not knowing how long it is going to take to get it back

yea im figuring my bank has the same stuff seeing as its "on hold." It says mines gonna be available on the 26 which is ten days. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/fyi.gif.9f1f679348da7204ce960cfc74bca8e0.gif Maybe its somewhere around that range for u also?

PS theres like two threads on people gettin jacked. Some hacker broke into a credit card mainframe

mine were put on hold on saturday, but my bank re assured me yesterday they were blocked but they cleared(withdrawn) late last night

it was all done through the debit card, which they canceled yesterday but for whatever reason it still came out.

Hopefully everything works out. I know with all the cases I've read about they got all the money back. The one screw up Itunes had with me was the update. Everytime I hooked up my Ipod Touch it would try to update and fail and I didn't realize I was getting charged EACH time and I got a big *** amount taken from my paypal but Itunes customer serivce issued a full refund and a crap load of free songs that I'll never use.

When I was drunk once I accidently did not hit end transaction at an ATm in San Francisco. Somebody took out the rest of the allowable amount. It was $300 I think. Then proceeded to go to the 7-11 down the block and make about 30 $25 transactions. I assume anything more than that requires a pin/signature. Well that was about a $1,000 mistake. But BofA was cool and gave me the money back.
