B) bang on the ceiling and yell at them.

C) mount a 12" sub under bedroom of said neighbor wait till 6 am and wake them up with dub step.

D) do nothing

C.. My neighbors tried that **** one nite around midnight they opened up there truck doors 12 feet from my bedroom window while having friends over they turn it all the way up and open the doors and blast there stock setup...so I went to my other neighbor asked him if this was annoying to him as well and it was so we loaded the T2 15 and T1000.1 back into my trunk as they watched took about 20 minutes to set it all up and only took two minutes to make them go in!
