I've bought from them about 15 times or so in the last year....never had any problems at all.

ii bought my JBL 1200 and it was good and i bought 2 12" type R's which are sitting in my house now which im going to return cuz i got 2 10" SE's instead. I called them about return and they said they wouldnt refund me on shipping charges so im losing 26 bucks for shipping and ill see how everything goes when they get shipped back to them.

I saw that epinions site too, I ordered from there and everything was fine. I'm beginning to think some other similar site is posting that stuff about etronics, because I've talked to tons of people who've ordered of there and none have had problems.

It's different with Adire because you are dealing the manufacturer directly....for etronics or any other online retailer/discounter, shipping is almost always non-refundable. I'm not sure of Adire's policy on it....but I wouldn't be suprised if they only refund shipping if the product was damaged during shipping....but I've never dealt with them, so I don't know.
